2024 Children's Christmas Pary

ASC held our annual kids Christmas party on Sunday, December 8 and a great time was had by all. We hosted around 45 kids and their families. Santa Claus took time out of his busy schedule to stop by and visit.  There were crafts, games, refreshments, and a face painter!  The party was a success for both kids and grown-ups. It would not have been possible without a whole crew of dedicated volunteers:

LeeAnne, Bob Cochran, Limor, Dror, Steve Manning, Emily Powell (who also made posters with all her pictures), Georgette, Aubrey, Kevin, Kim, Donna Tobin, Donna Rochon, Judianne, and Brad.

Tim and Kathy Gallant decorated the Club house to help us all get into the holiday spirit.

I wish the ASC community a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

A Message from the Treasurer for 2025 Membership Dues

11/27 Update: All invoices have either been emailed or mailed. For those member's whose email addresses, on record, are no longer active, hard copies of the invoices have been mailed. Todate approximately 80% of the members have renewed for 2025.

Dear Members:

Our year runs from January 1 to December 31. Dues are paid in advance of the upcoming year. We will begin invoicing the members in late September/early October 2024 in order to provide you with plenty of advance notice so that you can renew your membership for 2025 prior to December 31, 2024.  As a result of our financial structure we have been able to fully operate, while making numerous repairs and upgrades.   By paying your dues when invoiced in September/October the club management can better plan the operating budget for 2025 and you can rest assured that your membership is renewed.

Due to the volume of members, invoices will be generated  alphabetically on the last name and sent via email.  If your email address has changed in the past year, please notify the treasurer as soon as possible with your new address (Treasurer@AndoverSportsmensClub.org).  We request that members pay their 2025 dues via the link contained in their email.  This link is unique to each member.  Payment via this method directly credits the member's account, with minimal clerical effort.  If you experience a problem with the link please contact the Treasurer.  If you would prefer writing a check  please make the check payable to "Andover Sportsmen's Club, Inc."  in the amount of $130 and include your badge number in the memo section.  Please mail to the Andover Sportsmen's Club, Inc. at Post Office Box 255, Andover, MA  01810.

Be aware that if the club doesn't actually receive your renewal payment by 5pm on 12/31/2024, you will be dropped from the membership list, not be permitted to access the club property, and your key card will be deactivated. You may, within 30 days thereafter, be reinstated if you provide a written request for re-instatement satisfactory to the Board of Directors and remit your 2025 dues plus a $30 late fee. After January 31st, 2025 you will be deemed delinquent for nonpayment and cannot be re-instated.  At that point, your only option would be to re-join as a new member.

FOR NEW MEMBERS, IF YOUR APPLICATION FEE EXCEEDED $380, THEN YOU HAVE ALREADY RENEWED YOUR MEMBERSHIP FOR 2025.  THE HIGHER APPLICATION FEE OCURS FOR THE JOIN MONTHS OF SEPT, OCT., NOV. AND DEC.

Sincerely,

Brad Reichter, Treasurer
