Respect for Members' Well-Being

Please be advised that the monthly membership meeting will take place tonight as scheduled.

However, in the context of being a responsible organization without over-reacting, anyone that has symptoms of any kind including coughing or sneezing regardless if it is only symptomatic of a common cold, must not attend and anyone having such symptoms that does attend will be asked to leave the premises. Wearing protective masks does not create an acceptable exclusion to this request.
 
I trust everyone will understand the necessity for these actions and will contribute your unqualified cooperation.
