Andover Sportsmen’s Club’s 74th Annual Kids Fishing Derby

Congratulations to the largest fish winners, Westley, Sara, & Luke, and to the smallest fish winner, Jordan!

We had beautiful weather this year for the Club’s 74th Annual Kids Fishing Derby at Sudden Pond on May 16th! We had 61 anglers, great food, and some nice prizes....

Update on Pending Hunting Legislation

The Andover Sportsmen's Club and the League of Essex County Sportsmen's Clubs would like to ask for your support on pending Hunting Legistation.

On March 19, 2026 Governor Healey put out a Press Release announcing support for the following changes to existing Hunting Legistation....

2026 Fireworks Show

The Andover Sportsmen's Club is hosting a fireworks show for its members and their families on Friday June 26, 2026 at 9:00pm (Rain Date Friday July 10, 2026). All ranges will be closed at 4:00pm. The viewing area includes the Trap shelters and the main parking lot and the Archery practice field. Restrooms are available in the clubhouse. This event is not for the public.

(Only viewers with tickets may enter)

SOLD OUT. Click here to be added to the Waitlist in case of a cancellation. If you want multiple tickets you must add yourself to the waitlist once for each ticket wanted.

Tailgate Cookout and BBQ

The Andover Sportsmen's Club is hosting "Tailgate Cookout and BBQ" from 6pm to 9pm on Friday, June 26, 2026 prior to the Fireworks show.  The Fireworks Show will start at  9:00pm. All ranges will be closed at 4:00pm. The viewing area includes the Trap shelters and the main parking lot and the Archery practice field. Restrooms are available in the clubhouse. This event is not for the public. It's potluck format; we provide hot dogs and hamburgers and some sides. You just need to bring yourself, your family, and one of your favorite side dishes or desserts.
