On Saturday, March 30th, the Club held it’s first Battleship Shootout Competition. Eric Bosco won the top prize while Robert McAndrew and Warren Herrera came in second and third. Outdoor Range Director Phil Proto and Allen Arena are in the process of scheduling their next event.

The Andover Sportsmen’s Club is happy to announce that we have been gifted a wonderful Pool Table from our friends at the North Andover Country Club. We had it professionally installed with new bumpers and felt covering. Rules will be posted in the Clubhouse and on the website. Enjoy!

Each year, the ASC Trap Director tallies the amount of “25 Straight“ rounds shot on our Trap Field. The 2018 results from left, Richard Bruce (3rd), Angelo Varvounis (1st), Mike Pasco and Dan Hynes (tied 2nd) where the top four. Angelo crushed the field with 49.

Club Trap Shooting Champions Kip Sternberg (center), Dan Hynes (right) and Adam Karas (left) were honored at the January Membership Meeting. Kip defended his title and has won First Place two years in a row.

During our last Membership Meeting, ASC celebrated Veterans Day as long-standing member Lou Lopresti and Patrick Halloran, both veterans, cut the cake.
