Become a Member
As you can see from our website, we offer something for everyone. We have a friendly, helpful group of members who are more than willing to help you in your area(s) of interest, whether it is archery, trap/skeet, pistol or rifle. We offer and sponsor various youth programs, training opportunities and are proud of our community involvement.
Prospective members that are interested in a tour of the facilities should email the Membership Director at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule. Please be sure to add our email to your contacts so the reply does not go to spam. During scheduled tours, the security gate will be down, but unlocked, and will automatically open when you drive up to it. If you just have questions, please email us, and we will get back to you with an answer. We look forward to seeing you.
Membership applications are reviewed by the Membership Committee and then the Board of Directors during their meeting on the first Thursday of every month (with the exception of July and August). Member applicants are considered once all required information is received, including fees, copies of your licenses and signature of a club member under the section entitled “Sponsor”.
Demand for membership is significant and applicants are scheduled for acceptance on a first come, first serve basis. For practical purposes, we limit the number of applicants accepted each month while keeping the wait time to join under 90 days. Applicants are notified as to their scheduled join date and are required to attend the membership meeting (the second Thursday of the month) to be voted into the club. If you are unable to attend the designated meeting, you must contact the membership director in advance of the meeting or you will have to wait until the next month's meeting for admission to the club.
New members, after having been voted into the club, are also required to attend a Range Orientation in order to get their club keycard for access to the facilities. These orientation sessions are held at 9:00am on the Sunday after the members meeting in which the member is voted in. The orientation takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour. Attending this Range Orientation is mandatory! If you are unable to attend, you may need to wait until the next month’s Range Orientation to receive your club key card. Please plan accordingly.

We have a fixed, one-time entrance fee of $250. Our yearly dues are $130, and they are pro-rated depending on the month that you are applying in.
- January through June: $250 entrance fee, and $130 in dues for a total of $380
- September: $250 entrance fee, $43 in pro-rated dues, plus dues for next year ($130) for a total of $423
- October: $250 entrance fee, $33 in pro-rated dues, plus dues for next year ($130) for a total of $413
- November: $250 entrance fee, $22 in pro-rated dues, plus dues for next year ($130) for a total of $402
- December: $250 entrance fee, $11 in pro-rated dues, plus dues for next year ($130) for a total of $391
Please completely and legibly fill-out, execute and submit an application package which must consist of:
- The two page application
- The release waiver
- A copy of your LTC/FID card or driver's license
- A check or online paid receipt for the above referenced amount. Note: amounts applicable to September thru December include the entrance fee plus discounted current year dues, plus dues for next year.

If you pay on-line, you are welcome to submit the application package by mail to the address above. Please include a copy of your on-line receipt. Alternatively, you are welcome to scan your complete application package including the paid receipt and email it to email@example.com.
Be certain to fill the forms out completely and legibly, and include all required documents. If the forms are not legible or clearly printed, incomplete, or missing any of the required items, it will be rejected, and you will need to resubmit it.
