We all regret deeply the fact that increased work related demands on her time necessitated Cheryl Crawford having to resign from the BOD as of September 1, 2017.
It is my hope that at some future time Cheryl's situation might be such that we might again have the benefit of her intelligence, cooperation, loyalty and work ethic on behalf of all members of ASC.
The above being said, I am pleased to announce that Mike Pasco has been appointed as Membership Director effective also on September 1, 2017.
I have assured Mike that he will have the fullest support of every member of the ASC. When you next see him, please take a moment to wish Mike well in this important position.

This is a reminder of the following notice issued several weeks ago concerning a brief (estimated 15-20 minutes) Special Membership Meeting immediately following breakfast at 9:00 AM on Sunday, July 16, 2017. Although the meeting is expected to be brief your attending the meeting is important in order to insure the quorum required for the meeting to take place.
SPECIAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS NOTICE
This is an official notice that special meetings of the Membership of the Andover Sportsmen's Club are hereby called to be held on Sunday July 16, 2017 and Sunday August 20, 2017, each commencing at 9:00 AM, for the single purpose of considering new membership applicants becoming full members of the Andover Sportsmen's Club.

On June 9th thru the 11th, Massachusetts held its’ annual Amateur Trapshooting Championship and a handful of Andover Sportsmens’ Club members participated, and a few took home trophies:

All ASC members,
I am pleased to inform you that you now have unimpeded access to the club property from all three approaches. All paving work has been completed and for the first time in more than a decade we can now look forward to not doing a bit of harm to our cars each time we drive to the club.
The only negligible warning is that although all paving work has been completed, there is a stretch of road commencing near the Ranger station when heading towards Middleton where they have yet to paint the yellow center line. It is my understanding that this minor task should be completed tomorrow (June 21st).
