Special Membership Meeting

In light of the regular February Members Meeting being canceled due to inclement weather, a Special Membership Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 20th at 7:30pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to vote on new member applicants. Per the By-Laws, no other business may be conducted during this meeting.

There will be no food service for this meeting.

2014 Range Safety Officer Training

Range Safety Officer (RSO) training for 2014 will take place after the March 13th membership meeting at 8:30pm. Training should be completed by 10pm.

Bill MacKenzie, club security director, will start the program and will be followed by a brief presentation by each of the range directors: archery range, trap range, indoor range, and outdoor range.  You must attend this training if you wish to become an RSO or to renew your RSO status for the rest of 2014.

Announcing February Youth Firearms Safety Class

Announcing the Social Committee

Time to announce the formation of a new Social Committee that has been formed to provide opportunities for the membership to meet in social situations. We have approximately 1500+ members, but very few actually participate in Club activities. So this is the opportunity for you to suggest events that might be of interest to you. Some of the events would be for members only, while others would be open to guests. And, there will certainly be events specifically for the family.

2014 Membership Dues

Our year runs from January 1 to December 31. Annual dues will be invoiced in September and must be received by the Treasurer on or before December 31st, 2013. If we do not receive your dues by that time, you will be dropped from the membership list, not be permitted to access the club property, and your key card will be deactivated. You may, within 30 days thereafter, be reinstated if you provide a written request for re-instatement to the Board of Directors and remit your 2014 dues plus a $30 late fee. After 30 days, you will be deemed delinquent for nonpayment and will be dropped from the membership in the Club.
