On March 6th, the Board of Directors approved range rule changes to become effective immediately. The changes are intended to expand and clarify the minimum age requirements for pistol and rifle use on both the indoor and outdoor ranges. Specifically:

Paragraph 4.11 has been added to the indoor range rules which reads:

No one under the age of 12 years old may fire a rifle with a caliber larger than .22. No one under the age of 16 years old may fire a handgun with a caliber larger than .22. Anyone under the age of 18, along with their parent or legal guardian, must successfully complete a youth firearms program. The youth must wear their youth badge/certificate when on the range.

Paragraph 5.12 of the existing outdoor range rules has been changed to read:

Minimum Ages. No one under the age of 8 years old is allowed on the range. No one under the age of 12 years old may fire a handgun.

March Madness 100 Results

Each class was competing among themselves for the prize money in their class. After the squads were made up and a brief safety and rules meeting, we were under way.
